We are now into our second week without broadband, despite having had two Openreach engineers working on it for two days this week. It now seems that we need a new (extra) pole and more new cabling to get us up and running again.
The problem DOES NOT AFFECT OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM, which is hosted by Welcome to Whitby, but it does mean that we may take a little longer to respond to enquiries. Thanks to good friends letting us use their wi-fi connections we are still managing to keep going.
